Welcome to my Substack

After leaving publishing to run a cafe and leaving the cafe to save my life, I’ve decided to dive back into writing again. I used to be good at this, but that was nearly 15 years ago now. If you look at my website (StephenBailey.com), you’ll see great gaps in time between posts, recycled archival material and broken links.

So I have some soul searching to do and plenty of content to create. Please bear with me as I rediscover who I am and what it is I want to say. The easiest way to sum up what I’ve always tried to do is that I find things that interest me and I do my best to tell folks about them. That’s fairly simplistic I know, but it’s a start.
